Update 8:45pm: Ok 4 in Ibaragi
There has been no tsunami warning issued.
Magnitude: 5.1
Quake stretched across most of Kanto.
Observation: that one came on hard and strong. Very shaky - thought we may have even had a 4 here. Lasted for quite some time, with slight shaking afterwards.
