3 in Tokyo and Chiba. 4 here in Kanagawa.
Just in - no tsunami warning has been issued.
Epicentre was in Tokyo Bay itself.
Update: 5:28pm - 3 across most of Saitama.
The Tokaido Shinkansen has temporarily stopped between Tokyo and Shin-Yokohama.
Update 5:31pm - no reports of damage, or injuries from the Kanagawa area.
Update 5:40pm - Luckily Kristen was here to be able to experience the 4 in this area instead of the boring 3 in Tokyo.
